Before you pitch your idea look over our magazine. Pitches should include a working headline, one to two paragraphs that outline why you think the story matters. Include a short bio.  Please provide any relevant published work written in a tone similar to Informed NY. Let us know if you pitched your idea to multiple publications.

We, (the Informed NY Team), understand that journalism isn’t limited to text-based stories. If you’re a freelance photographer, graphic artist, or other visual creative, we want to work with you!  if our interests align, we’ll reply when assignments become available.
