The 1st 100 Days

In his first 100 days, President Donald J. Trump has embarked on a bold agenda aimed at restoring American strength, sovereignty, and prosperity. Through decisive executive actions, he has prioritized national security, economic revitalization, and the reassertion of constitutional liberties. Below is just a snapshot of some of his greatest accomplishments

Restoring Free Speech and Combating Censorship

On his first day back in office, President Trump signed an executive order aimed at restoring freedom of speech and ending government censorship. This bold move was designed to reaffirm and protect the First Amendment rights of every American by ensuring that no citizen would live in fear of retaliation for expressing their beliefs, asking hard questions, or sharing diverse viewpoints.

By cutting off the ability of federal agencies to collude with tech companies, media outlets, or universities to silence lawful speech, President Trump sent a clear message: the era of government intimidation and speech suppression is over.

Aggressive Deregulation and Government Efficiency

The Trump administration established the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), led by Elon Musk, to streamline federal operations. This initiative focused on reducing bureaucratic red tape, cutting unnecessary regulations, and making the government more responsive to the needs of the people.

Immigration Reform and Border Security

President Trump implemented stringent immigration policies, including measures to deport migrants without judicial review and efforts to revoke birthright citizenship. These actions were part of a broader strategy to secure the nation’s borders and uphold the rule of law.

Economic Policies and Trade

The administration introduced sweeping global tariffs aimed at bolstering U.S. manufacturing and reducing trade deficits. While these measures sparked some market volatility, they were intended to protect American industries and jobs from unfair foreign competition. As examples not normally spoken of, Canada for example has tariffs that can reach as high as 300% on products like butter, cheese, and milk when imports exceed established quotas. Such high tariffs have been a significant barrier for U.S. dairy farmers seeking to access the Canadian market.  And, India has historically imposed high tariffs on various U.S. products.

For example, India levied a 50% tariff on American motorcycles, notably affecting companies like Harley-Davidson. Additionally, tariffs on other goods such as almonds and apples have been a point of contention in U.S.-India trade relations.

Foreign Policy and National Sovereignty

Emphasizing an “America First” approach, President Trump took decisive actions on the international stage, including slashing foreign aid and reassessing U.S. involvement in global alliances. These steps were aimed at ensuring that American interests are prioritized in all foreign policy decisions.

Judicial Appointments and Legal Reforms

The administration worked closely with the Senate to confirm key Cabinet nominees and judicial appointments, reinforcing a commitment to a conservative legal philosophy and the rule of law.

In just 100 days, President Trump has delivered a series of sweeping actions including restoring free speech, dismantling government waste, defending our borders, renegotiating unfair trade practices, and reigniting the spirit of American freedom. In short, no President since Franklin D. Roosevelt has achieved such profound and immediate reforms at the start of a term. While Roosevelt expanded government, President Trump is doing the opposite: he is returning power to the people, stripping corruption from the system, and putting America First again.

This is not just a busy 100 days, it is a transformational 100 days that will be remembered as a turning point in American history. And for millions of patriots across this country, it is a promise kept and a new beginning for the nation we love.
